Durchsichtige Fenster?

Gibt's ein Programm mit dem man Fenster bei Windows durchsichtig erscheinen lassen kann?

Bei Miranda (sowas wie ICQ) geht das in den Optionen wie ihr unten seht.

Wär ziemlich geil, wenn z.B. das ganze Zeug was beim "Start"-Button aufgeht auch durchsichtig wäre...

ich glaub bei icq plus kann man das zumindest für icq umstellen.

bei den windows sachen bin ich mir ned ganz sicher, aber ich denke, dass dies nur mit nem skin möglich ist.
