Quietschen bei teillast und volllast

Seit meinem unfall sifft öl aus meinem Zylikopf---> dichtung kaputt, und wenn ich fahr, bei teillast oder vollast, dann hör ich so einqietschen mit abständen, und umso mehr drehzahl umso schneller!
wenn ich die kupplung zieh is des quietschen weg! Liegt des an der kaputten dichtung?

ich: ne, der is selfmade
bulle: dann hat er aber keine E-nummer! mit dem darfst du nich rumfahn!!
ich: O.K. dann fahr ich halt ohne

Kupplung an kompel hatte das gleiche Prob, aber der hat se nur nachstellen müssen
