so 'ner CD passiert doch nichts, ist doch nicht so, daß die Briefe großen Belastungen standhalten müssen bezüglich knicken oder so...
Jede Geburtstags- oder Urlaubskarte ist instabiler und kommt auch ohne Knick an...

und das is illegal! Wenn das die Gema spitz kriegt musste 1,25€ pro Titel Strafe zahln! So isses jedenfalls bei DJs wenn sie mit gebrannten CDs auflegen!

ja klar isses legal weil du ihm die CD komplett überlässt! Du hast sie erworben und ihm gegeben! Sobald du jedoch ein Image erstelsst hast du sie vervielfältigt und das ist strafbar!
