Gibt viele die schon abgemahnt wurden weil in ihrer Artikelbeschreibung "ähnlich wie D&G", "wie Energie", "wie AC Schnitzer" usw.usf. stehen hatten.

hol dir rechtshilfe und beweise das du privater hobby verkäufer bist, dann müsstest du es erledigt kriegen.

Aber wenn du keine rechtsschutzversicherung hast werden die kosten deines anwalts sicher auch nich wenig ;)
