Bewegtes Bild machen

Ich möchte aus mehreren JPGs ein bewegtes Bild machen. Ich kenne da vorallem GIF. Bei Icons hab ich das vor Jahren schon mal hinbekommen. Ich hab den Paint Shop Pro 5 und IrfanView und Paint ;)
Aber mit keinem der Programme bekomme ich das hin. Kann mir jemand nen Tipp geben?

Eine Statistik in der EMMA hat gezeigt, dass 90% der Männer noch bei ROT über die Ampel fahren.
Das ist wohl richtig, allerdings fahren 90% der Frauen bei GRÜN nicht los.

JPG's kann man nicht animieren so weit mir bekannt ist - das geht nur mit GIF's oder halt dann mit Flash.

er will aus den JPEGs ein Gif machen. Das geht wunderbar.
Da gibts so MiniProgramme mit denen das ganz easy geht... einfach mal googeln!
