Wie entdrossel ich eine TS mit 150ccm

Ich weis das meine gedrosselt ist und das eine im auspuff und eine im vergaser ist die anderen weis ich nicht und ich hab keine ahnung wie man die drosseln raus bekommt und so kommt die maschine nicht über 90 Kmh und der anzug ist auch schlescht
