Husqvarna SM125s Begrenzer. Hallo! (mein deutch ist sehr schlecht, also schreibe ich auf englisch), anfangs möchte ich mein Selbst vorstellen. Mein Name ist Andreas und ich bin auf diesem Forum neu. Ich wohne in Schweden und ich habe resently ein Husqvarna SM125s in Hamburg gekauft. Ich mag wirklich dieses Forum, aber ich kippe verstehe soviel von, was alle du hier wegen meines schlechten deutch schreibst. Ich habe versucht, nach einer Antwort für meine Frage zu suchen, aber havent I fand irgendwelche. Ist hier mein „Problem“: Als ich mein Husqy kaufte, hatte es über 15ps (mich denkt) und a tospeed um 120+. Der Begrenzer in der Abgasanlage wurde bereits gegangen. Aber jetzt wünsche ich mein Fahrrad sogar schneller sein. Ich möchte keine neuen abstimmenden Teile kaufen, ich möchte gerade alle Begrenzer wegnehmen (es bilden „offen“). So ist meine Frage: Kann war ich finde den Rest von den Begrenzern? Kann das Fahrrad beschädigt erhalten (z.B. der Zylinder) wenn ich beschließe, mit dem Fahrrad zu fahren „offen“? Ich versuchte, die Frage in Deutsch, maybie zu bilden, das es jemand helfen kann, zu verstehen, was ich bedeute (traurig für mein schlechtes Deutsch): Ich wurde meine husqvarna sm125s offen machen. Wo können sie Würfel „Begrenzer“ finden? (das „Begrenser“ im auspuff ist bereits weg) I Hoffnung alle verstehst du, was ich bedeute. Bitte Antwort in englischem, aber, wenn du nicht Englisch sprichst, das du in Deutsch schreiben kannst und in mir versucht zu verstehen:) Alle danke! /Andreas

My english isn't so good but i try to explain you...

There are three restrictors. You find the three restrictors in the exhaust pipe.
The Husqvarna SM 125 hasn't got any other restrictors like speed limit for number of revolutions. There are only the three restrictors in the pipe.

The first two restrictors are sitting in front of the exhaust pipe (also direkt am Eingang des Auspuffes bzw. Krümmers ). There are a little disk and a funnel (Trichter). When your bike already has 15 HP, there are only the funnel in front of the exhaust pipe.

The second restrictor is sitting in the middle of the pipe. You have to cut your exhaust pipe on the first weld seam. Then you will found a big disk, which is the "main restrictor". It decreases the diameter of the exhaust pipe approximately to half.
You have to take this disk out of the pipe.

If you are ready with the exhaust pipe, you have to change the main jet of the carburetor. Usually, at the moment there is a main jet 110 - 115 in the carburetor, but if you want to drive "offen", you need a main jet 130 - 140.
The changing of the main jet is very important.
If you don't change the main jet, maybe the cylinder will take damage.

Maybe it is necessary, to take the needle in the carburetor one position higher. You have to put the "clip", which holds the needle, one position lower.

At last, you have to "pump up" your oil pump.
There is an adjusting screw. You have to unscrew the counternut and then adjust the screw, that it looks, how on this picture:

Das Übersetzungstool bei google ist auch mehr so larifari-Ding

Also da arbeite ich lieber mit dem dict.leo, das ist von einer Universität, glaub ich und da wird schon nix falsch sein.

Google übersetzt es halt manchmal "wortwörtlich" und dann ist es falsch.

leo dict is ne coole sache kann ich nur empfehlen

If you drive with this exhaust system, you will get more power than the original exhaust pipe because it's Tuning
