Englisch Hausaufgabe

Hallo,

ich besuche ja zusätzlich so einen Englischkurs (Englisch fürs Büro).
Da hab ich jetzt so eine Hausaufgabe bekommen, der ich absolut keine Ahnung habe, was da gemacht werden soll, obwohl ich eigentlich gar nicht schlecht in Englisch bin ^^.

Hier mal die Aufgabe:

Here are some words from the dialogue..... Underline the part of the word where the main stress falls.
For example: company

das hab ich mir schon irgendwie so gedacht, aber irgendwie erkenn ich nicht so ganz wo genau die betonung der wörter liegt ^^

mit so einem käse haben wir uns nie beschäftigt ^^
ich weiß zwar wie man die wörter korrekt ausspricht, aber wo die betonung genau ist, kann ich nicht sagen ^^ ich kann das nur vermuten :rolleyes:

mkilla hat das ja schon zur hälfte gemacht
warum bei advertisement die betonung auf ad liegt ist mir aber nicht ganz klar

bei advertisement würd ich sagen vertise

aber muss dem kus da recht geben...bin englisch auf 12-13pkt und mir fällt der kack auch schwer...normal aussprechen ist ja kein thema aber so ne schwule betonung mach ich sicher nicht

Schau mal in einem Englisch-Wörterbuch nach - da sind meist kleine Häkchen, die sagen, auf welcher Silbe das Wort betont wird...
Es geht um Silbenbetonung - nicht um das ganze Ende des Wortes. Du betonst doch nicht 3 Silben!

danke :daumen: genauso hab ichs auch, bis auf interrupt, da hab ich die betonung auf rupt gelegt und bei reception hab ich recept unterstrichen
