Erstmal gute besserung und so.

nagut, mito lichter sind nicht so der bringer aber ein paar fragen diesbezüglich hab ich dennoch:

Kein fernlicht ?
Ausweichen ? gegenverkehr ?
In die wiese fahren ?

Hat der fahrer nicht gesagt wieso er einen container auf die straße stellt ?
Das ist echt "pöde"

schonma über ne brille nachgedacht? ;)

verstehe echt net, wie man auf ner landstraße so nen großes hindernis erst so spät sehen kann? oder war das in ner engen kurve und dunkel?

Ui, übel. Hast nochmal Glück gehabt.

Wenn ich das Recht sehe war's da klitsche nass und dunkel, da ist weder die Bremswirkung wirklich top noch sieht man viel!

1. war es nebelig dunkel und nass
2. ich hatte abblendlicht an weil gegenverkehr kam
3. alle lichter des lasters waren verdeckt durch den container
4. nach links konnte ich nicht weil gegenverkehr kam und rechts war ein 2m tiefer graben wäre auch nicht gesund geworden
5. der gegenverkehr hat mich geblendet durch die nasse fahrbahn

Mein beileid. Sei froh dass nichts passiet ist.
und das man bei regen im dunkeln mit der funzel von ner 125er son unbeleuchteten Container übersehen kann, halte ich für absolut nachvollziehbar.
