Dateiformat Podcasts

Hallo,
ich habe ein Problem bezüglich des Dateiformates der Podcasts, die als Download auf der Homepage der Tagesschau angeboten werden. Die Dateien sind im Format *.h264.mp4 zum Download verfügbar. Mein mp4-Player (Sehr billiges Gerät aus Fernost) spielt allerdings nur Videos im Format *.mtv ab. Gibt es ein Freeware-Tool, das in der Lage ist oben genannte Podcasts in das *.mtv Format zu konvertieren?
