Kill Schalter: Zweck?

Was soll eigentlich der Kill-Schalter? Ausschalten kann ich ja auch mit der Zündung! Hatte der früher noch einen anderen SInn oder was?

Wenn du dich legst kann es ganz praktisch sein die karre direkt am Lenker auszuschalten. Oder falls der Schlüssel mal klemmt oder so...

Da kannst du aber immer noch mit dem Zündschlüssel abstellen. Der wirkliche Sinn kommt von daher, das man, nach einem Unfall, auch wenn im Bereich Zündschloß alles so verbogen ist, daß man den Zündschlüssel nicht mehr erreichen oder umdrehen kann, immer noch die Möglichkeit hat, das Motorrad abzustellen.

Es muß nicht rocken, solange es Bluegrass ist!

Der wird eingebaut, damit Du dir da die Drosselung drauflegen kannst ;) ;) ;) ;)

Bringt aber gar nix, soll sogar schädlich für den Motor sein !

und bequemer ist das auch nicht weil man den Schlüssel ja sowieso noch in die Hand nehmen muss.

Mit den Not-Aus-Schalter wird die Zündung kurz-geschlossen=nicht gut

An einer Husky hat man übrigens garkeinen Kill-Schalter :P :rolleyes:

Der schalter hat schon seinen Zweck, mein Fahrlehrer hat mir das so erklärt:
Wenn du mit deiner Karre umfliegst, und sie nicht rechtzeitig ausbekommst, kann es sein, dass du bei nem 4-Takter nen Fresser bekommst, da das Öl in der Ölwanne nich mehr da is wo es sein sollte.
Sprich bei nem 2-Takter is er mehr oder weniger überflüssig?!
