Zur Zeit ist ein KW-Lager im Arsch. :wand:

Bin aber grad dabei alles so umzubauen, dass der Rotax 122 reinpasst den ich noch im Keller liegen hab.

KW-Lager sind beim 123er Rotax ein absolutes Verschleissteil. =)

Hatte damals verstärkte eingebaut, dann war da Ruhe im Karton.
Man müsste die Geduld und Nervenstärke eines Stuhls haben, der muss auch mit jedem Arsch klar kommen. :daumen:

oh mann, scheiße. ging mir auch mal so bei ner RS, hatte Zylinder und Kolben neu gemacht, kurz danach gingen die KW-Lager drauf^^

Nicht weit, der 123er ist raus, der Rahmen von innen schön sauber.
Nun warte ich auf ein neues Kolbenbolzenlager, wenn das da is wandert der 123er Zylinder auf den 122er Rumpf.
Ja das geht, müssen nur Langlöcher gemacht werden. :D

Hier dwas vom 123er übrig ist.



Hier wird grad der 123er Zylinder so angepasst, das er auf den 122er Block passt.

So Motor ist nun drin. (Das auf dem Bild is RSocke)



Mir ist nur dummerweise gleich das eine Kabel (weißer Stecker) was vom Pickup komt abgerissen,
mal sehn wie ich das wieder in den Stecker bekomm.



Man bechte wie toll der Motor in den Halter passt.






Dann noch versucht mim Kettenmax die Kette etwas zu säubern. Ich sag eucht probiert das blos nie, ist eine morz sauerei. ;)

das ding is der letzte scheiß...bei der CBR haste nichma platz um das dingen hinzumachen...da biste mit lappen und WD40 deutlich schneller und sauberer...
