Kosten/Ablauf eines Renntraining

Moin,

ich hätte gerne informationen wie so ein renntraining generell abläuft und welche kosten auf mich zukommen.Hab da leider noch 0 erfahrung und würd mir da gern ein bild drüber machen.

Ist das ein Thread nach dem Motto "Ich hab kein Bock mich selbst zu informieren aber es wird schon einer so dumm sein mir weiterzuhelfen"?
