Steam-Account ersteigert - VK verweigert die Rausgabe

Hallo,

habe mir bei Ebay einen Steam-Account sehr günstig ersteigert --> http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?View…em=170344946159

Der Verkäufer teilte mir nach Auktionsende mit, dass der Account gehackt worden sei. Dass er den Account nicht rausrücken will für 6€ ist wohl klar...

Was kann ich jetzt tun?

Verbietet Steam nicht den Verkauf von Accounts, oder stimmt das nicht mehr? Also wenn ja und er garnicht kooperieren will meldest ihn einfach, dann hast du zwar trotzdem keinen Account, aber er auch nicht ;)
