Kann Bild nich aus EMail rauskopieren!

Nabend Leuz...
Folgendes Problem:

Ich hab mir bei nordschleifenbilder.de n bild von mir bestellt, und auch bekommen. Das Bild kam per Mail, aber nicht als anhang, sondern nur in der Mail, ihr wisst wie ichs meine^^

Normalerweiße werden die Bilder die direkt in der Mail eingefügt sind, ja auch als anhang angezeigt, das jedoch nicht.
Ich sehe das bild in voller Auflösung kanns aber nicht Kopieren oder Speichern. "System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden" ....ABER ICH SEH SIE DOCH SCHON DU VERFI***** PC!!!!!

Verwende Outlook expr. ...hat jmd ne Idee???
