Spielt ja keine Rolle welches Semester. Entweder wird der Studiengang als Bachelor oder eben als Diplom angeboten. Hin und wieder kommt's zur Überschneidung, aber idR betrifft es das komplette Semester.
die 30-40% Regelung ist eben bei der Uni Karlsruhe so, für die kann ich sprechen. Beim Diplom hast den Ärger erst garnicht.

An der Lehre hat sich eh so gut wie garnichts geändert. Wenn Master vs. Diplom im Raum steht ist es also ziemlich egal (bis auf die begrenzten Masterplätze). Bachelor vs. Diplom braucht man ja nicht zu diskutieren.
