Videos schneiden mit VirtualDub

Hi,

ich hab ein Problem ich möchte aus einem 7,48 Minuten langen Video ein paar szenen nur haben udn den rest rausschneiden (löschen) wie geht das bei VirtuaklDub?
Ich muss doh da was auswählen also eine auswahl machen udn die dann löschen aber ich bekomm dasn icht hin!

Wär super nett wenn mir jemand so ausführlich wie möglich beschriebt wie ich da ne auswahl mach udn die dann lösch, bzw. wie das funzt.

Such mal mit Google - da gibt es so ein paar Seiten mit Ausführlichen Anleitungen! Ein Workshop war auf jeden Fall auch bei PC Welt Online. Leider habe ich keine URLs mehr...
