Nach Unfall nicht atmen können

Hallo Forum,

mein jüngster Motorradunfall liegt jetzt n Jahr zurück. Trotzdem kann ich mich noch ganz gut dran erinnern, weil ich kurz dachte ich verrecke:

Nachdem ein Autofahrer bei ca. 80 km/h in mich rein gespurwechselt ist bin ich zu Boden, Maschine voraus, ich hinterher, und dabei reichlich rumgekugelt. Als ich dann am Boden lag hab ich für ne gefühlte Minute, wahrscheinlich nur echte 10 Sekunden, keine Luft bekommen. Nicht vor Schreck, sondern ich hab physikalisch nichts reinbekommen. Selbes Gefühl wie wenn man tief "bis zum Anschlag" einatmet - nur dass der Anschlag zu Beginn des Einatmens sofort da war. No me gusta.

Passiert das öfter bei Stürzen? Hat das jemand schonmal gehabt, oder ne Ahnung was das war?

Ganz normal, wenn man aufn Rücken knallt. Ist mir mal beim Barrenturnen passiert.^^ Was hilft ist sofort die Arme nach oben auszustrecken.

Ok, gut zu wissen. Es scheint, wie ihr schon sagt, wirklich mit nem Sturz auf den Rücken zusammen zu hängen. Mit der Zusatz-Info konnte ich das jetzt googeln. Google sagt dass es durch eine Verkrampfung des Zwerchfells ausgelöst wird und eigentlich immer von alleine wieder weg geht.

im englischen Sprachraum gibt's sogar ne Bezeichnung dafür:

ich bin mal von ca 1,5 metern auf den bauch gefallen ... keine luft mehr bekommen
dann bin ich in ein loch gefallen, aber mit den armen hängen geblieben ... keine lust mehr bekommen

doch doch, vor einiger Zeit hat mein Vater meiner kleinen Schwester eine Schaukel von seinem eigenen Online Shop geschenkt, und sie ist beim ersten Mal gefallen. sie konnte nicht mehr atmen.
dann gings wieder. es liegt also nicht an dem, was man macht, sondern an dem Schock und der Position auf dem Rücken, die zusammen eine Verkrampfung der Muskeln provozieren.
