Ich halte den Koffeinanteil in meinem Blut einfach konstant auf extremem Niveau und brache deshalb nicht zu schlafen. Geht jetzt schon 4 Monate gut. OK, "gut" ist der falsche Ausdruck dafür, sagen wir, "es geht".

#Hallo

Ich schlaf auch im winter nur in shorts, und fenster hab ich dabei oft auch offen, aber wegen unterkühlung oder som quatsch brauch ich mir eh keine gedanken machen, ich hab ein wasserbett und dass wird konstant auf 30 C gehalten, manchmal auch ein paar grad wärmer oder kälter wie ich grad bock hab.

wenn warm is in boxer shorts und im winter mit nem Schlafanzug. Also hose und hemd. Weiss jetzt net wie der scheiss stoff geschrieben wird (ausgesprochen = Flannel). Im winter is in meinem zimmer soweiso immer arsch kalt. Ich mach nie die heizung an. Grund: Kein Geld.... ;)

jo bei uns überlebste im winter nicht mit boxer + shirt - die heizung ist ziemlich im arsch und isoliert ist auch kake...
