Beides hängt wohl untrennbar zusammen.
Was hilft dir ein schneller Server, wenn du das Ergebnis seiner Arbeit über eine langsame Verbindung erst nach "Sekunden" erhältst. Umgekehrt hoppelt eine superfixe Connection bei einem langsamen Server auch. :-) ;) :-)

Das stimmt nicht ganz. Das Forum sollte auch für Modembenutzer schnell sein. Zumindest zuhause mit ISDN ist das Forum echt lahm.

Ja, aber das Problem ist, dass du einen Kompromiss finden musst zwischen grafischer Aufwendigkeit der Seite und Ladezeit. Wolltest du es insb. Modembenutzern recht machen (die ja nun eher selten geworden sind), dann dürftest du genau genommen noch nicht einmal Woltlab BB einsetzen. Ich denke mit ISDN läuft das Board jedoch ganz gut.
