bin in der 3ten woche und hab noch keine probleme bekommen mit dem creatin....

klar mach ich bankdrücken...zur zeit 4sätze a 8wdh mit 70kg...ich trainier aber auch erst seid nem dreivirtel jahr und bin ja noch net mal 16 ;)

und wieviel machst du so ?

Mit 15 schon Ceratin???
Mienste nich ein bisschen früh?? Naja mus jeder sleber wissen.
Also Banddrücken ist meine Lieblingsübung deswegen bin ich schon ziemlich gut darin.
Wenn ich auf Masse trainiere mach ich 8 wiederholungen mit 110kg.
Wenn ich kraft trainiere 4 Sätze 10 Wiederholungen mit 85kg.
Denke das das schon nicht schlecht ist

110kg ? nicht schlecht...gib mal paar daten von dir...wie alt, wie schwer usw ???

naja mit 15 schon creatin...creatin ist ja nix schlimmes hat ja auch keine nebenwirkungen usw....mein bruder hat das auch schon genommen und der ist 13 ;) also creatin kannste ruhig nehmen da ist nichts dabei auch wenn dir ärzte oder so was anderes erzählen wollen. creatin ist ja eine körpereigene substanz.

Talie 77
Oberschenkel 56
Waden40Körperfett ist so ca.13 %
Bin eigentlich ganz zufrieden nur weiss ich nich ob die Daten noch ganz aktuell sind weil es schon lange her ist wo ichs nachgemessen ah bund hab grad kein Masband zur Hand

bin zwar net gemeint, aber oberarme hab ich 38 cm umfang. den rest weiss ich net auswendig *lol*. will auch wieder anfangen zu trainieren. ich brauch bloß zwei 7,5 kg handeln. die reichen mir vorerst. damit kann ich eigemtlich o ziemlich alles tranieren, was ich will. wenn ich mal geld übrig hab hol ich mir so ein trainigsgerät für 200 euro oder wieviel die dinger auch kosten. wo man brust, beine usw. tramieren kann. is eigentlich ganz inordnung.
Ich ging die Treppe rauf und sah,
dort einen Mann der war nicht da.
Er war auch heute nicht mehr dort...

Sind die Mase in der Kur gemessen oder davor???
Weil wenns in der Kur wäre wärs nicht besonders viel.Wie ich Ceratinkur gmechtr hab sahen meine Muskeln extrem Voluminös aus egal ob warm oder kalt.
