Vergasereinbau Dt80

Hallo,
könnte mal eure Hilfe gebrauchen. Der Flansch vom Membraneinlass bei der Dt80 LC is ja aus Gummi mit nem Innendurchmesser von 25mm, allerdings hat der Vergaser einen Außendurchmesser von 35. Das Problem ist nun, den Vergaser in den Flansch zu bekommen. Erwärmen hat leider nichts gebracht. Hat jemand nen guten Tipp?

Ein Bekannter von mir hat sich mal den Vergaser von einer uralten Suzuki RM 250 eingebaut, danach hat die DT bis Drehzahlmesseranschlag gaydreht, aber null Drehmoment mehr gayhabt. Richtig geil.

Ich würd mal sagen neuer Flansch.
Du kannst doch nicht irgendwas erwöremen und darauf warten dass es sie 5cm ausdehnt!!

Natürlich, durch erwärmen wird der Werkstoff duktiler, d.h. der Vergaser geht leichter rein. Aber das müsste auch mit dem Flansch gehen, da bin ich mir sicher!

Hab noch einen gefunden. Aus 2 macht einen ;) , was ich noch bräuchte wäre ne Distanzhülse fürs Hinterrad. Hast du sowas zufällig noch?
