Neuer Zylinder! Es geht blos net richig!

Hi ich haben nen neuen Zylinder auf meine Supercity draufgemacht blos irgendwie geht sie nicht mehr richtig! Sie gehet untenrum gar nicht und dreht erst gar nicht richtig!
Wie solll mann sagen sie läuft etwas unruhig?
Was kann ich Falsch gemacht haben!
Ach ja meine Supercity ist offen!

ja woher sollen wir jetzt wissen was du falsch gemacht hast? kolben falschrum drin oder so lol

hast du die kolbenringe mit ihren öffnungen auf die makierungen gedreht?

hast du alle dichtungen verwendet?

...... guck nochmal nach!

also

also ich hab den kolben richtig drinne! Blos mein Kolben hat nur 1en kolbenring!
Wie kann mann den verkehrt draufmachen? der hat doch nen Kerbe so das mann den nicht verkehrtherum draufmachen kann! (der passt doch ssonst net)

Ach so ich habe warscheinlich das Problem gefunden! mit Schock nimmt er das gas gut an zumindestens im Stand ich muss dann mal fahren!

Aber was mach ich wenn bei den Zylinderkopf schrauben Kühlfüssigkeit austritt? dichtringe sind drauf! Dichtmasse drauf machen? (kühlerdicht?)

Also beim kolbering gannst du folgendes falsch machen: die "öffnung" vom kolbenring als da wo der ring unterbrichen ist nuss an eine bestimmte stelle eigentlich immer richtung auslass meine ich...aber da ist auch nochmal ne makierung aufem kolben selber! d.h. du musst die öffnung vom ring genau auf die makierung am kolben drehen!

dir is aba schon klar dass wenn du n neuen zylisatz draufhast der motor nicht direkt die volle leistung hat und noch nich richtig drehen kann?

zu dem wasseraustritt: mit was für nem drehmoment hasse denn die muttern angezogen?hasts auch gleichmäßig im kreutzgang gemacht?
