Hilfe, Ebay Rs-Motor

Hallo,
ich hab grad für meine RS ein neuen Motor über E-Bay ersteigert.
Hier klcken

jedoch weis ich ja nich in welchem Zustand der Motor insgesamt ist. Deshalb meine Frage: Kann ich den Verkäufer haftbar machen für irgendwelche Schäden, die der Motor hätte wenn ich ihn nehmen würde ?

Kan ich evtl als Option vom Kauf zurücktreten oder dann später Wandlung fordern ?

Was meint ihr wenn der Motor tatsächlich noch gut iss, sollte ich den nehmen, iss dass ein gutes Angebot

Der käufer hat für nicht die Garantie gegeben, also kannst du ihm nich haftbar machen. Aber, da geschrieben hat, das der Motor im sehr guten Zustand ist muss das auch stimmen. Er darf keine Äußerlichen Schäden oder so haben. Nur mit der Laufleistung kann man nur schwer irgentetwas nachweisen.


Den Motor hättest du auch günstiger bekommen können !

auf gebrauchtteile gibt es keine garantie es sei denn es steht im text oder der verkäufer hat dir das gesagtwenn nicht hast du pech selbst wenn das teil schrott ist kannst du denn käufer nicht haftbar machen aber klär das doch noch mal mit anderen vieleicht hat einer da schon erfahrung

aber soviel kohle hätte ich nicht bezahlt

*lol* man kann ihn haftbar machen da er im text keine mängel am Motor angegeben hat. Sollte der Motor deffekt sein kannst du gegen ihn klagen und wirst zu 100% gewinnen
