Dummheit: Gefahr?

Hi!
Bin grade eben vonner Schule heimgefahren, und hab da ein Auto überholt dass gerade am anfahren war...also so ca. 10 km/h. bin an dem vorbeigerauscht und weitergefahren, nix gedacht. So ca. 150m weiter musste ich dann halten weils ne Kreuzung is, da stand er dann wieder hinter mir und hat mich angehupt und wild im Auto rumgefuchtelt. jetz is mir gerade eingefallen dass dort wo ich ihn überholt hab ein Kindergarten ist...vielleicht hat er deswegen gemeckert...
jetz meine Frage:
1) kann der mich wegen überhöhter geschwindigkeit
2)überholen
3)usw.
belangen?

Ich weiss dasss es dumm war, aber heut' war erster Schultag und ich hab da nimme drangedacht...

Und wenn es wirklich soweit kommen sollte, sagste einfach, er hat noch gestanden, als du ihn überholt hast... :rolleyes:

Aber wegen was wollens mich da kriegen? Gschwindigkeit ged ja schlecht, woher sollen die wissn, wie schnell ich gefahren bin? Somit ist auch die Art der Bestrafung unklar....
Und wegenw as sonst??? Überholen wenn ein Auto steht darf man doch...
