das problem hatte ich auch, hams dann mit 2 Mann und brachialer Gewalt gemacht. Das ist vom Werk aus ziemlich fertgebumst!

Mit nem Drehmometnschlüssel und ner großen Nuss! Nur halt den Drehmeoment auf aufdrehen gestellt!

Ich weiß, hätten wir normal auch genommen, wir hatten keinen da, aber fürs Hinterrad haben wir dann einen genommen, weil wir dann einen besorgt hatten!

ich hab mir endlich eine eigenen gekauft ich hab kein bock mehr immer zu einem kumpel zu gehen und zu warten bis der zeit um mal ein bissel was am mopped zu machen! ich halt nämlich nicht so viel von dem nach gefühl schrauben anziehen zumindest bei sicherheitsrevanten teilen wie achsmuttern am hinterrad etc.

ps: bei louis gibts einen für 19,95€ mit 24 bis 206 nm drehmoment ist vielleicht nicht gerade beste qualität aber besset al gar keiner und 4% abweichung ist ja auch nicht sooo viel

Wie schlecht beht ihr mit euren Moppeds um?! 8o

Ich hatte das Problem natürlich auch. Da sind nämlich irgendwo zwei oder drei "klammer", eigentlich nur kleine Metallstücke, die verhindern, dass sich die schraube bewegt, die muss man halt aus dem Weg schaffen, sprich verbiegen. Dann kriegt man das mit jeder normalen Nuss ab (sofern sie passt).

Quatsch, natürlich rede ich vom Ritzel, nicht vom Kettenrad! Das Kettenrad ist auch simpel befestigt. Ich redete von der Mutter auf dem Ritzel.

mag original so sein , bei der aprilia ists zum beispiel auch so. bei meiner tdr war damals aber nur die mutter drauf , und die war echt bombenfest angehauen. wir ham schon gedacht die wär festgeschweisst wegen drosselung. liess sich wirklich mit nichts ausser nem schlagschrauber öffnen.

erster gang rein einer drückt die Hinterradbremse und dann ordentlich drücken.
