USD - Simmeringe futsch

Moin !!!

Da ich bei meiner WRE Tüv neu machen muss, werd ich den Simmering wechseln müssen, is das bei der USD Gabel genauso wie bei ner Telegabel ?

Gibts im Netz ne Seite wo ne Anleitung is wie ich die Simmeringe bei ner USD austauschen kann ???
