aprilia RS125 ohne drosseln 30 PS???

ich hab erst jemanden behaupten gehört die RS125 würde ohne drosseln 30 PS haben?? aber mit A1 darf man doch nur bis 15 PS??

ja aber mit A1 darf man doch auch über 18 nicht mehr wie 15 PS fahren?? oder ? es fällt doch nur die 80km/h beschränkung weg
