Das hat nichts mit Rennsüport zu tun.

Eigentlich heißt es richtig
"gixxer"
Das kommt aus dem amerikanischen, weil man eben gsx-r da so aussprechen kann (daher auch das r dran).
Das Gixxe ist halt nde deutsche Abwandlung, ich denke weil das weiblich klingt...
