1. wo mess ich die größe der Gabelsimmeringe?
2. weiß jemand die größe der TDR-Gabelsimmeringe?
3. was kosten die originalen?
4. welches öl sollte man verwenden?

2. 38x50x8mm (Angabe von Polo)
3. orginal kA - Polo: 7,95 (die Orginalen waren auch in dem dreh!)
4. Ichhab Castrol Fork Oil 10W
- wichtig sin die 10W

würde aba dickeres nehmen beim näcshten mal, aba 10W is Orginal.

edit: Füllmenge sin 0,403 Liter - falls es gebraucht wird (Angabe von Reperaturhandbuch)

du musst messen: innendurchmesser, aussendurchmesser und höhe
reihenfolge weiss ich jez nich, is aber eh logisch dass der aussendurchmessre der größere wert is
davon ma ab stehn die werte auch auf dem simmerring selber drauf. normal schon im eingebauten zustand zu erkennen

lol, stimmt, wenn man nach simmeringe sucht findet man nix, gibt man nur gabel ein kriegt man n riesen angebot :D

ach, welches gabelöl soll ich jetzt eigentlich nehmen?? 15er oder was?? was bringt das, wir die gabel härter, oder?

also wenn du beide holme machst würd ichs mit 15er versuchen, weil ich mir dadurch erhoffe, dass die gabel net ganz so schnell eintaucht wie mit dem orginalöl. ich meine wär ein experiment, wenn man kein geld für progressive gabelfedern hat. wenns halt nicht passt, pech gehabt. ich hätts ja gemacht, aba ich hab nur bei einem holm den simmering gewechselt und hatte keinen bock. ja, also ich erhoff mir zumndest, dass die härter wird.

ich hab meine ersten gabelsimmerringe wechseln lassen, und inner werke hamse gemeint, ich könnte gleich anstelle vom 10er öl 15er nehmen..ahb ich auch gemacht...hat man aber ned wirklich gemerkt, also 5w unterschied scheinens ned so rauszureissen...

ich hab inner MZ statt 15er immer20er gefahren, damit gingen dann auch endlich stoppies.

härteres öl ist imho besser, wenn man auch mal bissel sportlich unterwegs ist. mach ich bei der ZZ auch rein wenns soweit ist (bald grrr)

nimm ruhig härteres, aber genau die angegebene MENGE!!!
AB SOFORT, SUCHE:TZR oder NSR zum Aufbauen Einzige Kriterien: Komplett und laufender Motor

Die Staubmanschette sitzt da drüber ... darunter kommt dann ein Sicherungsring und dann kommt der Simmering . Also im Bild wäre das dann einfach die 11.
Das Wechseln is recht einfach.. einfach auf machen, du siehst dann schon den Simmering, der sieht genauso aus wie das Ersatzteil ;)

Wenn der Simmering noch recht ganz ist und du ihn so nicht rausbekommst, hat mir ein Bekannter einen Tipp gegeben. Einfach mit einem Eisennagel reinschlagen und den alten Simmering rausholen, bisschen aufpassen, dass du keine Dellen ins Tauchrohr machst --> is mir grad noch so eingefallen.

Also ich muss ma dazu sagen, ich wusste den trick mit dem Eisennagel net und hab den Holm komplett zerlegt, weil ich den Simmering anders net rausbekommen hab *lol*

Naja hab 2,5 h gebraucht ... normal so eine Stunde. Ich denk ma für beide brauchste 1,5 ... wennde dich net so anstellst wie ich *g*
