Bullen angehalten worden eben grad

Hi

Muss mal wat erzählen

Ich hock grad so mit meinem Kumpel auf ner Bank an so nem aussichtspunkt wo de geilen blick über Stadt hast. Plötzlich kommt nen Auto angefahren ich dreh mich so rum.... BULLEN... args :-( Na ja die steigen aus. Mein kumpel war mit ner RS gedrosselt ich mit meiner TDR offen unterwegs.
Wollen Führerschein usw sehen... mein Kumpel vorgezeigt. Ich natürlich nix dabei :-( ausser personalausweis... TOLL.. Er checkt noch unsere Kippen auf Drogen nimmt mein personalausweis und ruft auffer Wache an. Kommt raus meint so ob das gehen würde das ich inner Stunde oder so den Führerschein bei denen auffer Wache vorzeige.
Ich so, klar kein Thema. Hat gemeint ich kann mir ruhig zeitlassen

Ich dann Führerschein geholt ab zur Wache und vorgezeigt und Fahrzeugschein.. der ließt sich das alles so durch.
Meint Okay würde ganz gern noch nen blick aufs Motorrad werfen wegen Drossel usw. Ich so, geht nich habs nicht mehr mit mein kUmpel hat mich hergefahren *fg* (es stand um die ecke aufm Parkplatz). Er so, ja gut okay, sieh zu das du den Führerschein immer bei dir hast in zukunft dann kannst dir solche umwege sparen.

echt schwein gehabt!! also ich bin echt froh, dass ich offen fahren darf! wobei ich noch nie erlebt habe, dass hier inner gegend einer von meinen kumpels, die offen fahren, angehalten wurde... - und wenn, dann ohne kontrolle der drossel oder so :D

jo da hast echt glück ghabt , aber mir is vorn par tagen was ähnlich riskantes passiert , ich fahr so mit 105 dahin , schau in rückspiegel (bei der tdr schau ich normalerweise ned oft weil man da seinen hals so verrenken muss..) ,was seh ich , ein grünweisses auto ,oops
bin dann ned langsamer gworden weil das ja dann noch auffälliger wäre , die sind dann noch 1-2 km hinter mir gwesen und dann abbogen. gut dass die das ned checkt ham.
oder kann da noch was kommen?
was is eigentlich wenn die bei mir nen schalter entdecken und ich sag dass ich den nur auf privatwegen betätige wo ich das auch darf?

aber ich denke mal nich ,dass da noch was kommt, denn wenn sie was von dir gewoltl hätten, hätten sie dich an ort und stelle angehalten um deine personalien zu kriegen - so kannst du ja immernoch leugnen selber gefahren zu sein... außerdem hätten die ja auch keinen beweis, es sei denn es wäre ein videowagen gewesen, aber selbst dann hätten se dich angehalten... also würd ich mal sagen:

Ein Motorrad darf nicht so ohne weiteres eben entdrosselt werden können, das ist definitiv nicht erlaubt - oder soll der Staat an das Gute im Menschen vertrauen ?

ich wurde heute mal wieder angehalten, bin durch ne fussgängerzone gefahrn, die beiden habens bei mir bei ner mündlichen verwarnung gelassen(aber übelzt kontrolliert wegen drugZ und so), das fand ich cool und wegen spiegeln hammse wieder mal nix gesagt
