Schaltproblem!

gestern war ich mal wieder nen bissl cruisen...bis mir der kupplungszug gerissen ist!naja ok,bin ich halt damit nach hause gefahren und hab ihn neu gemacht!danach hab ich mich wieder aufs bike geschwungen und bin weitere 30km gefahren!als ich dann mal wieder in den 1. gang schalten wollte, war mein schalthebel total "locker"! ich konnte ihn jedenfalls total weit runtertreten ohne das der 1. gang rein ging!manchmal funzt es auch wieder,d.h. ich hab wieder nen widerstand und kann in den niederen gang schalten!was kann das sein?

vieleicht ist ein zahnrad im schaltgetriebe locker oder hat zähne verloren...war bei einem kumpel vonmir so, dem is ein zahnrad rausgefallen,, dann konnte er nicht mehr nach unten schalten...

sagmal dreht die welle sich mit und rutscht da durch, oder rutscht da nur der schalthebel durch an der welle?

ich weiß nicht so ganz was du meinst

hmm mach mal den hebel ab, könnten die zahnräder die da ineinander greifen abgenutzt sein .. schau dir d mal an.
Aber warum dann nur in einem Gang ?!?!

Danke für die Blumen ;) . Da muss ein Zahnrad abgenutzt sein. Und das ist immer beim Runterschalten? Weil du meinst das das da außen rutscht. Wenn es rutscht muss man es aber sehen. Weiß da nämlich nicht genau was du damit meinst

Erstmal: Ich find deine TZR geilo.. was hat die denn fürn gaser drin?

Und es muss doch im Normalfall die Kupplung neu eingesetllt werden wenn du den Zug erneuerst.... Das bild, was mir helfen soll, geht übrigens nicht!

inzwischen kann ich weder hoch noch runter schalten!kann ihn jetzt in beide richtungen FAST ohne probleme drehen!wie bekomm ich den hebel da runter,habs irgentwie net hinbekommen... :rolleyes:

sooo hebel hab ich jetzt abgemacht mit all dem kram! es war doch net dirket an dem hebel wo ich vermutet habe!dort wo es übertragen wird,sind die zahnräder abgenutzt,also an der walze und dem gestänge! :P
