RS beschlagnahmt!!!!

hey leute,
gestern hat die nette polizei meine RS 125 beschlagnahmt! Haben mich einfach angehalten und dann das übliche...........
-Ich habe Führerschein A beschränkt!
-habs mopped offen gehabt
-aber nid als offen umschreiben lassen, also im fahrzeugschein steht dass sie gedrosselt ist!
Es wird jetzt von nem Gutachter geprüft haben sie gesagt!!

Was kann jetzt passieren?

Is doch klar!!!!!!!

- fahren ohne Betriebserlaubnis
-> fahren ohne Versicherungsschutz


Aber erklär mir mal warum du sie nicht offen einträgst, den die Versicherung ist für eine offene viel günstiger!!!!

Für diesen Weg hast du Versicherungsschutz.
Du darfst auch ein Fahrzeug abmelden und mit den entwerteten Kennzeichen noch den Weg nach Hause fahren

doch man zahlt dann steuern, weils kein leichtkraftrad mehr is. und lol, wie kann man so bekloppt sein? wer trotz A(b) noch illegal rumfährt hats nicht anders verdient.
