Xpressman: Daher dürfen diese Motoren ja auch nicht von Hausfrauen gefahren werden. Die brauchen nämlich auch mal höhere Drehzahlen. BMW hat das auch: Heißt VANOS und is im M3 drin

Diese variablen Nockenwellensteuerungen sind doch eigentlich in jedem Motor heutzutage verbaut.

VANOS: Variable Nockenwellen Spreizung. Die Verändert über Öldruck die Stellung der Nockenwelle zum Nockenwellenantriebskettenrad. Das Funktioniert über ein Innenverzahntes(Kettenrad), ein Innen- und Außenverzahntes und ein Außenverzahntes(Nockenwelle) Schneckenzahnrad. Das mittlere wird halt über Öldruck verschoben und verändert so die Steuerzeiten. Erstmals 1992 im M3 E36 verbaut. Bewirkt mehr Leistung und Drehmoment im unteren und mittleren Drehzahlbereich.
