Naja, ich hab beide Krümmerdrosseln noch drinn, 100%ig, AS ist aktiv, Stern draussen und ich hab sie Bergab auch schon auf 160 gekriegt !!! Tacho stimmt ziemlich genau (mit Ford Focus gemessen). Hab mich auch gewundert als ich 160 abgelesen habe :D Aber es war so !!!



Sicher das da noch beide drin sind? Das schafft manche komplett ofenne TZR nich. Und dann soll deine 160 mit beiden drosseln laufen?? lol. sieh mal nach ob da jemand nur gut die schweissnähte versteckt hat.

Soooo...
ich war heut mal wieder tätig:

Tank, Luftfilter Krümmer abgebaut.

Doch was ich da sehen musste gefiel mir garnicht :rolleyes:
Das der Krümmer vorn ein wenig leckt, wusste ich, ja. ABER das die Kerze total verschmatscht war :wand: der Trottel von vorbesitzer hat sie im falschen Drehmonten angezogen! Die Kerze WAR MITTLERWEILE LOCKER !! Ich konnte das ding ohne Schlüssel mit der Hand rausdrehen. Naja, hab jetzt mal alles sauber gemacht. Hier die Bilder:

Als ich den Krümmer mal geschüttelt hab, klapperte es kräftig ! Es kullert etwas dickes, schwereres darin rum! Die Drosselklappe ?!

also irgendwas kullet im krümmer herum, und es muss zumindest größer sein als das ende vom rohr. also kann es nur eine drossel sein? was ist es dann, wenn es keine klappe ist ?(

aufjeden wird morgen aufgeflext, dann seh ich es ja ;) ist wie ein überraschungsei :D
aber das mit der lockeren kerze war schon heftig, da sieht man mal, das eine TZR sogar mit loser zündkerze brummt, und das nicht grad schlecht! nicht auszudenken wie sie abgeht mit angezogener kerze und dichtem krümmer :D :D

in meinem ESD sind 2 kleine Dellen, wenn ich diese ausspachtel und mit geigneten Lack lackiere, dürfte das doch in Ordnung gehen? Oder fällt mir die Masse nach dem ersten Schlagloch ab?

Krümmer aufgeflext (um nachzusehen was da so komisch rum kullert)
Und sieha da: Eine Hälfte der Drosslungsblende 8o die andere Hälfte habe ich mit scherer Gewalt auch gleich entfernt :daumen:

Na also! Jetzt noch ein wenig Feinarbeit (ich weiß es ist 'ne Sch*** Arbeit) an den Stellen im Krümmer (da wo du die Blenden rausgerissen hast) und dann das Ding wieder zu geschweißt, ordentlich abgeschliffen und mit schwarzem Auspufflack bis 800°C lackiert! So hätte ich es zumindest gemacht! Oder was war dein Plan??
Zum ESD: Also ich glaub kaum, dass da Spachtelmasse hält, eher gesagt hält des gar net würd ich sagen! Lass es so, oder willste dir die TZR in's Wohnzimmer stellen, zum fahren isse da *fg*!

Jo, nur wie bekomm ich die Rausrisskanten weg?!
Die sind extrem robust, mit weggeilen ist da nix 8)

Und wenn ich den ESD einmal in der Mangel hab, mach ich doch gleich die Dellen raus. Mein Vater meinte es hält mit guter teils elasticher Spachtelmasse. Er muss es wissen -> Maler- und Lackierermeister ;)
