ach ich weiß net, der text is genauso langweilig wie 100 andre die hier schon geposted wurden, is doch jedesmal der selbe rotz
Der Hundkot bleibt nach dem Abkoten grundsätzlich eine selbstständige bewegliche Sache, die nicht durch vermischen oder verbinden wesentlicher Bestandteil des Grundstücks wird. Der Eigentümer des Grundstücks erlangt also nicht automatisch das Eigentum am Hundekot.
