Svcd auf DVD

HI Leutz,
ich hab seit dieser Woche einen DVD-brenner, ich habe eine Frage dazu und zwar, ist es möglich sowas wie ne svcd oder vcd auf ner dvd zu erstellen?

Hallo

gibt 2 Möglichkeiten:

1. Du erstellst eine "richtige" DVD Video mit allem drum und drann, da musst Du aber die SVCD Daten neu codieren, die sie nicht der DVD-Video Norm entsprechen...

2. Du nimmst die MPEG Datei von der SVCD und brennst sie auf ne Daten DVD. Spielen die meisten DVD Player auch ab und der PC sowieso...

Du brauchst dazu ne Authoring Software.
Ich bevorzuge "TMPGEnc DVD Author", kannst ja danach googlen wenns Dich interesiert...

Warum denn so ein Stress mit umcodieren...

Nimm einfach wie neb-neo sagte die MPEG Dateien und brenn sie auf einen DVD!!! So bekommst sogar noch mehrere SVCD's auf einen DVD-Rohling und musst nicht immer die CD's beim anschauen wechseln...

@doniz: das funktioniert dann aber nur, wenn er nur am pc gucken will... soweit ich weiß spielen die meisten dvd player dvd auf die einfach nur mpegs draufgebrannt sind, NICHT ab...

also bei meinem 99€ DVD-Player (vor ca. einem Jahr gekauft bei Media Markt) kann man einfach MPEG's auf CD brennen und dann abspielen. Das geht...

aber ich weiß nicht obs bei allen geht ?(

Bei den meisten "billigen" (meiner hat 50 gekostet), geht das ohne Probs, da kannste ne DatenDVD reisntecken und alles was er im entferntesten kennt wird abgespielt, MPG MPG2 MP3 JPG ....
Die meisten "teuren" (die ja so gut sein sollen), spielen garnix ab nichtmal ne VCD oder SVCD ...

Probiers doch einfach aus, brenne ne DVD RW und steck'se rein, bei mir gings auf ahnhieb...
