Offen fahren mit A (begrenzt) -> strafe?

hi,

hab schon gesucht hab aber nix richtig gefunden... wenn ich meinen A(begrenzt) schein hab und ne R1 (mal angenommen) offen fahr...

wird das dann wie Fahren ohne Fahrerlaubnis und mit den verbunden strafen gehandelt...

Am besten wärs wenn die Maschine offen eingetragen und angemeldet ist, dann ists nur fahren ohne fahrerlaubnis, aber das wird dann bei jeder kontrolle bemerkt, also wenn sie gedrosselt eingetragen ist kommt halt noch fahren ohne versicherungsschutz und fahren ohne betriebserlaubnis dazu.

fahren ohne versicherungsschutz wärs auch dann, wenn sie offen eingetragen ist, da die versicherung keinen schutz bietet, wenn ein unberechtigter das fahrzeug führt
