Pneumatik raveII und Replica

Also bei ebay kann man eine Pneumatik raveII Auslassteuerung ersteigern. Weiß da jmd. von euch genaueres darüber? Ist es schwer die einzubauen und wie funktioniert das überhaupt? Und wenn ich gerade ein neues Thema erstelle, möchte ich von euch auch gerne mal wissen, was Replica heißt oder wofür das steht? Weil die Replica sehen der GP1 zB. ähnlich oder täusche ich mich da?

die pneumatik rave ist ne hydraulische auslassteuerung soweit ich weiß. die arbeit nicht mehr überseilzüge sondern über druck aus dem zylinder. ich glaube da musste man auch ein loch irgendwo in den zylinder bohren, aber warte mal auf die RS experten.
AB SOFORT, SUCHE:TZR oder NSR zum Aufbauen Einzige Kriterien: Komplett und laufender Motor

pneumatik sagt doch schon das es mit luftdruck funzt :rolleyes:

also nicht hydraulik...

ich glaube das wird mit abgasen gemacht, sonst bräuchte man ja noch n extra kompressor, der druckluft produziert...
muss mal nen kupel fragen der will sich auch so eine anbaun...

Mann soll sie ja auch über einstellen können, auch so das das Leistungsloch bei der Aprilia weg sein soll. Wo wird die Ausslassteuerung eigentlich eingebaut. Direkt am Zylinder am Auslass? Wäre ja Logisch oder.

Die Rave2 wird da eingebaut, wo auch die andere sitzt. Dirket am Zylinder über dem Auslass/Auspuff.

Sie nutzt den Druck im Auslass zum öffnen und öffnet nicht wie die normale AS bei einer bestimmten Drehzahl schlagartig sonder sie öffnet gleichmäßig. Den öffneungszeitpunkt kann man an dem Roten "Rad" einstellen.

Damit sie funktioniert muss man ein Loch parallel zum Schieber in den Auslass bohren. Beim 123er Rotax ist das Loch serienmäßig vorhanden. Das mit dem Loch ist aber kein Problem.

Wie niedrig kann man den den Zeitpunkt setzen an dem er öffnen soll? Ab wann zieht die rs denn dann. Ab 6000? Und ist es schwer das Rädchen so hinzudrehen das die Aprilia dann aus dem Arsch kommt wen mann es auch will? Heißt wenn man will das sie ab 6500 umderhungen ziehen soll ist es schwer das genau hinzubekommen?

also replica heißt sinn gemäß überstetzt rennversion bzw dem rennsport nahe
so isses am besten übersetzt!

Das mit dem Einstellen vom Öffnungszeitpunkt kann man nur ausprobieren. Ist aber nicht schwer den optimalen Öffnungszeitpunkt zu finden.
Einfach das Rad auf eine Stellung und dann mal fahren dann ein Stück weiter und wieder fahren. Und das so lange bis es optimal ist.

ausserdem bringt es dir nichts wenn die AS schon ab 6000upm aufmacht, weil dann der staudruck fehlt und du somit nicht wirklich voran kommst....

blubbla du bist ein Gott. Du bist der erste der mal richtig über das Rave2 bescheid weiß. Immer alle leute nur so "loch in den Zylinder bohren". Am Auslass wie du schon gesagt hast is das ja kein Problem. Ich glaub ich leg mir auch ma eins zu
