15 ps egal wieviel kmh - richtig?

Hi,
nen kumpel hat ne mito mit nem sportpott dran (weis nicht genau welcher)...auf jedenfall hat der sportpott abe und sonst sind alle drosseln drin jetzt fährt sie statt 80 km/h 120..ist das jetzt legal oder nicht? weil 80ccm maschinen dürfen ja auch so schnell fahren wie sie wollen hauptsache 80ccm

natürlich ist das nicht legal!
du darfst höchstens 80 km/h fahren, auch wenn fast jede maschine mehr fährt, weil sie das nit genau einstellen können. und ich glaub ne 80 ccm muss auch gedrosselt werden, wenn se überhaupt 120 bringt!

Ohne mein Maschine, wäre ich nicht ich selbst!!!

ne 50cc darf auch nur 45 laufen seiden sie ist älter dan 50.

Er Darf 80 fahren und max 15ps haben.....er fährt schneller, also illegal.
Auch ne 80er darf max 15ps haben und max 80fahren, das hat mit dem Hubraum nix zu tun.

80ccm fällt auch unter die 125ccm klasse die von 51- 12ccm geht in dieser klasse gilt fahrer unter 18 max. 15 und Bauartbedingte Höchstgeschwindigkeit 80km/h. somit ist es illeagl was dein freund macht. ich weiß haben die anderen auch schon geschrieben wollt das aber auch nur bestätigen.
