Was ist 4-Takt, was ist 2-takt?

Hallo!
Ich weiß ja die Unterschiede und Vor und Nachteile von 2-und 4-Takt, aber was ist das eigentlich genau im Motor???
Vielleicht kann mir auch noch jemand sagen wieviel ne NSR oder XTC 4t so an Steuern und Versicherung kosten, oder n paar links geben!

Was hat das im Sportler zu suchen aber Steuern kosten sie keine da 125er bis 15ps Afaik Steuerbefreit sind.
