Frage wg. Autoumbau

also ich hab n lupo und der is noch net abbezahlt,jetzt kommt da ne hifi-anlage rein,dabei müssen auch die türen mit bitumenmatten gedämmt werden,meine frage is jetzt,darf ich solche veränderungen am auto durchführen,solang es noch nicht abbezahlt ist??

Steht in deinem Kreditvertrag drin.

Leasing meist nur mit vorheriger, schriftlicher Genehmigung - außerdem gehen die eingebauten Teile zumeist in Eigentum des Leasinggebers über.

Bei normalem Kreditkauf im Normalfall ja.

Selbst wenn das Auto für den Kredit sicherungsübereignet ist wüsste ich nicht was da drinstehen kann, dass er es nicht verändern darf?

Ich denk in deinem Fall ist's eh kein Problem, weil das ja eher eine Aufwertung des Autos ist.

wieso stören
lupo kaufen viele junge leute, und da ham die meisten kein problem mit ner guten anlage.
und wers net so laut macht, der machts halt wie bei ner kilo-sportler. man muss net immer voll aufdrehen.
ne gute anlage bringt auch bei geringen lautstärken besseren klang
Streite dich nie mit einem Idioten. Er zieht dich auf sein Niveau runter und schlägt dich dank seiner Erfahrung.

Es spielt keine Rolle ob Aufwertung oder nicht - an dem Fahrzeug wurden Veränderungen vorgenommen. Ob das erlaubt ist, kann nur der Kreditvertrag mitteilen.
