das problem hatte ich auch schon:
bin mit 15 meine miele 50 schwarz gefahren.
bruder hinten aufn gepäckträger, keine helme, moped nich angemeldt, kein schein, also alles.
Aber:
1.warn aber nette bullen
2. war bei uns inner straße
3. beste ausrede: moped hat nur eine fahrradfunktion (hat wie ein mofa pedalen) erfüllt und is dann angegangen.

Strafe: Verwarnung vom Staatsanwalt, sonst nichts

musst halt glück haben.
