also mein problem is, das ich ne .wav datei zu:
bitrate: 64kbit/s
abtastgröße: 4bit
kanäle: 1(mono)
abtastrate: 16khz
audioformat: IMA ADPCM

konvertieren muss...

mit welchem prog kann ich das alles einstellen?

bei allen progs die ich gefunden hab is 8bit minimum

des siemens cf62

da is von werk aus ne .wav datei druff, man kann angeblich au welche draufmachen, aber wenn ichs dann abspielen will kommt was wegen falschem format
