Mito:Einfahren und GaserDüse

Am Freitag soll endlich mein neuer Zyli kommen.
Da wollt ich ma wissen wie ich den einfahren soll.Mein Nachbar(2-Rad-Mechaniker) meint 500-600 km nicht höher als 6000 drehn stimmt das?
Dann muss ich noch wissen wiee groß die originale Vergaserdüse ist.
An der M8ito wurd leider ziemlich viel von jemandem der ziemlich wenig Ahnung hat rumgebastelt.

Einfahren bei allen gängigen Straßenzweitaktern wie Mito, RGV/RS usw.

ersten 50 km nicht über 7000, nächsten 20km bis 9000, darauf folgende 20 km nicht über 10, danach langsam bis Höchstdrehzahl steigern.

Wichtig dabei, dass man in allen Schieberstellungen unterwegs ist, öfter mal durchbeschleunigen und nicht ständig rumtuckern.

Rennkolben fährt man 4 Runden ein, danach bekommen sie Hafer.
Wer ganz sicher geht, kontrolliert den Kolben nach den Runden nochmal und schleift ihn eventuell nach (600er Papier/Stahlwolle).

Die 1000km einfahren sind 900km Verschleiß

das mit der Hd beim Dello is so ne sache, ob du mit Schnorchel im Luffi oder ohne fahren willst... also ohne passt es dann mit der 130er

mir gehts dem entsprechend :wand: ..war gestern noch im krankenhaus zur untersuchung die sagte das nix ist und das ich echt schwein gehabt hab.....mito ist auch schon zerlegt ...teile bestell ich auch bald ;)

kiste wird fuern winter abgemeldet....fahr dann die chopper meiner mum :daumen:

hehe ich sach dazu nur das war mein erstes aber bestimmt nicht letztes mal ;) entweder man hat benzin im blut und macht weiter oder hat keins und hoert auf :] next year freu ich mich auf grossen lappen :D

ey luke, stimmt des wirklich mit den knapp 100 km einfahren?
will mir demnächst ne neue maschine hiolen, weiss noch etn welche, gild des dann auch für ne andre als mito?
warum steht des dann so im handbuch? 1000km einfahren?

hi Top-eagle! guten einstig ins Moped-leben wuensch ich dir erstma :P

ja das kannst du so machen wie gesagt schau da nicht soo nach den km angaben sondern achte mehr darauf das du sie nicht kalt verheizt , billig oel faehrst..... ! fahr sie in jedem Lastbereich (in allen Schieberstellungen) da es dem motor nichts bringt eher schaedlich ist immer mit konstant der selben Drehzahl zu fahren!

oki, danke für den tipp, also geht des wirklich auch nur mit so wenig km,
des mit den schiebereinstellungen wusst ich auch, nur des mit den km is echt cool *g*
haste schonmal einen zyli so eingefahren? wie lang hat der gehalten?
hatte vor 2 tagen praktische un hab bestanden *freu*
muss jetz nur nochn rolelr loswerden :-)
also, wenn ein neuer zyli fällig wird werd ich die maschine dann so einfahren :-)
