Maus Treiber???

Mein Vater hat Windows 98, nu hat er jetzt letzt antivir erneuert (update)
nu lädt der Maus treiber netmehr
Dann hater ne neu instalations von windows gemacht und is geht immer noch nicht
Frage: Wat kann der machen damit die wieder funkzionukkeln die Treiber
