Problem mit Motorrad und Führerscheininfo!!!

Problem mit Motorrad und Führerscheininfo!!!

Hallo,

ich fange gerade mit Fahrschule an und wie ihr wisst Informiere ich mich schon ganz schön viel überall... wie auch hier in dem Forum!
Jetzt ist mir aufgefallen: Ich bin 16 und darf daher nur Führerschein A1 machen... soweit so gut
ABER: Im Gesetz steht doch, das ich dann nur Maschinen fahren darf, die 125ccm haben und nur 11KW/15PS!!!!! und diese 15PS auf 80Km/h drosseln muss (so habe ich das zum Beispiel aufgefasst)
aber wieso fahren dann 16jährige mit einer RS rum??? die hat doch 30 PS???
Wenn ich das Gesetz richtig verstehe dann darf selbst die Maschine nur höchstens 15PS haben und ich muss die Drosseln, mehr PS (egal ob Drossel oder sonstewas) darf die Maschine doch dann nicht haben!!!

Wie ist das denn nu? Ich will ja meinen Fahrlehrer fragen, aber den sehe ich erst wieder am Dienstag, also vllt kann mir ja von euch jemand helfen!

Die RS hat offen 30PS, kann aber auch auf 15PS/80kmh gedrosselt werden. Dann darf man die fahren.

mmh alle Leute die mit einer Rs rumfahren so wie ich auch sind auch alle auf 15 ps eingetragen! :D
Nee RS hat 30 ps wenn sie offen ist aber man muss sie mit A1 gedrosselt fahren das heißt mit 15 PS

Die meisten 2-Takter haben mehr PS. Aber dafür gibts ja halt die drosseln.
Einige werden dann auf 15 PS mechanisch gedrosselt, und dann elektrisch auf 80 KMH. Andere werden komplett meschanisch gedrosselt, und wiederrum andere werden nur gedrosselt eingetragen :P

Aber so schwer ist das doch nich, weiß doch jedes kind !?!

Also merke, auch RS darf mit dem A1 schein bewegt werden, allerdings wird sie vorher ordnungsgemäß gedrosselt :daumen:

du hast wahrscheinlich das gelesen mit "bauartbedingte höchstzgeschwindigkeit" mit bauartbedingt ist einfach gemeint, das die dann halt gedrosselt wird und das man keine schnellere maschine fahren darf die man dann halt nur bis 80 fährt, sondern sie darf eben wirklich nur so schnell sein.
