ich bin auf der suche nach total übelster motivationsmucke die man
z.b. beim Pumpen hören könnte!
Ich mein jetzt nix aus den charts oder so.
eher aus filmen oder ähnlichem die einen einfach wünschen lassen
der darsteller im film selbst zu sein, wenn ihr versteht ;)

musik aus actionfilmen, wie z.b. overseer - skylight (blade trinity) in der art...

bei guter musik macht das training echt mehr spaß. aber wenn dann so eine scheisse läuft wie von "max- schwarz und weiß" dann denkt man echt, wie man bei sowas trainieren soll X(

Das ist was, was mich in meinem Studio stört...da läuft 24 Stunden lang FFH, wer den Sender kennt, weiß dass die nur charts spielen.

Ich musste demletzt beim Schrägbankdrücken mein Satz abrechen, weil "Schnappi" lief...

War ich erstmal dick sauer X(

Manchmal kann ich sie dazu überreden Planet anzuschalten, dann läuft auch mal DMX und etwas "aggro" Musik...Ich finde darauf kann man einfach am besten Trainieren...Da drückt man mit Gewalt ;)
