Ja schwankt stark. Hatte oben auch schon nur 200 kb/s. Und bis zu 5 MB gehen hier definitiv.

Q-DSL Home die Pings liegen unter 12 MS im schnitt, geht aber jetzt nicht weil ich weder pings durchlasse noch man meine ip pingen können sollte(ping of death)
