ICQ problem

jaja wiedermal einer mit nem ICQ problem...
also wenn mir jetzt eine ganz bestimmte person was schreibt und ich das nachrichtenfenster öffnen will, macht das programm kein mucks mehr-
das ist aber nur bei dem einen so.
wenn ich ihm was schreibe versendet icq die message und is dann nutzlos.
aber is halt nur bei einer person so.

kann mir wer sagen woran das liegen könnte?


übrigens: version 5

Nimm einfahc ne ältere Version .. google mal nach .. die neuen haben einfach zu viel Schnick schnack und haben daher auch mehr Bugs..

Benutze selber die 2003er Edition und läuft einwandfrei.

stimmt, 2003er Pro is auf jeden fall besser ... allerdings is manchmal das netzwerk überlastet und dann dauert das auch da noch ewigkeiten.

ich benutze die 5er version, aber nur weil bei der 03er die nachrichtten minuten lang dauerten bis sie weggeschickt wurden.
bei 05 klickste auf senden, und schwups is die message weg


hast du ports in deiner firewall freigeschaltet? bzw, die leute denen du net schriebn kannst?
18 Jahre unverbastelter zustand, das is schon kurios :P

Bei der 03er sind die nachrichten auch sofort weg .. es sei denn mein PC ist überlastet aber ansonsten kann ich nix schlechtes davon behaupten

naja es war ja so: wir labern grad so er schreib mir was und ich ihm was usw. und auf einma boooooooom nix geht mehr.

übern taskmanager geschlossen neu gestartet--->gleiches problem
aber is halt nur bei dem einen so der rest läuft problemlos

Ich finds um Laengen besser als ICQ.

trillian= ICQ

trillian is icq, aim, msn, irc und so in einem .. aber das is am anfang schon n bisschen kompliziert!

warum willst du das machen?...also du kannst dich nicht mit trillian und icq gleichzeitig mit einer icqnr. anmelden.
Ansonsten kannst du bei Trillian auch mehrere Nummern gleichzeitig verwalten.

also bei mir funzt alles super. ich hab die 5.0 englische version.
deinstalliere einfach mal und mach dann neu rauf, hilft eigentlich immer

Bei Version 4.0 kam dieses Problem zustande, wenn die History-XML-File des Users nicht korrekt beendet war. Dann hat sich das Programm beim Versuch das Messagewindow zu öffnen aufgehängt. 5.0 arbeitet vermutlich genauso.

Ich würde also an deiner Stelle die letzte History-Datei öffnen und mal ganz am Ende schauen, ob da alle Tags auch geschlossen sind.

Da fehlte bei mir damals </root> glaube ich und damit konnte dann der XML-Interpreter nichts mehr anfangen.

Die FIles sind in C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\BENUTZER\Anwendungsdaten\ICQLite\HistoryDB\ICQNUMMER\ICQNUMMERDESANDEREN wenn du 2000 oder XP hast.
